Refund & Cancellation Policy

| More than 24 hours before the tour start time | 90% refund (10% cancellation fee) |
| Within 24 hours of the tour start time | No refund |
Organizer cancellation
If the tour is canceled by the organizer due to weather, disasters, transportation issues, store closures, or other unavoidable reasons, we will issue a full refund. When possible, we may offer an alternative date or tour; if you do not wish to reschedule, we will refund.
Note: Refund processing timing depends on your card issuer. We issue refunds through Stripe whenever applicable.

- Please arrive on time at the meeting point shown on your confirmation and the tour detail page.
- Tours involve walking outdoors. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather.
- Dietary needs: we do our best, but availability varies by venue. Please inform us at booking; last-minute changes may not be possible.
Changes & No-shows
- If you are late, we may be unable to accommodate joining mid-tour depending on timing and venue rules. In such cases, refunds may not be available.
- We may adjust the route or venues due to store availability, crowding, weather, or other operational reasons while keeping the overall experience comparable.
